Open since 2007, it has grown to become the biggest air conditioning company in regional NSW, providing the best installation, service and support available this side of the Blue Mountains.
We are a family-run business specialising in the sale, installation and repair of all the leading brands in air conditioners, evaporative cooling, split systems, gas ducted heating and ducted refrigerated heating and cooling.

Branch Administrator - dubbo
About The Role
We are seeking a
Branch Administrator for our Dubbo office. This role will provide support to our Service Manager and Administration Manager in providing efficient and industry leading customer service in a supportive team environment.
Working closely with our Service and Administration Managers to achieve team goals, your dedication to customer service and administration experience will be highly valued. You will be an active learner, with a can-do attitude, willing to take on new challenges assisting our experienced team meet the challenges of providing timely and professional service to our clients, including critical infrastructure.
Essential Skills Required:
- Proven ability to achieve in an adaptable work environment
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with an ability to work with competing deadlines
- Excellent computer skills
- Ordering parts as required and following up with suppliers for delivery
- Respond to customer enquiries within a timely manner as required
- Assist with managing customer work orders
- Routine invoicing of service jobs
- Provide assistance to Administration Manager across a wide variety of tasks
- Some warehouse/stores support as required
- Forklift licence or willing to obtain

About The Role

We are seeking an Office & Warehouse Assistant to join our team
We are looking for a person who is highly motivated, self-driven and well organised to provide assistance in administrative and warehouse duties across all facets of our business.
This person must have excellent communication skills, have the ability to learn quickly and be able to work independently in an environment that deals with customers, suppliers and employees.
This role will be working in conjunction with our existing Receptionists as our business expands.
